You don't seem to grasp the basic concepts of what I am talking about, you just try to understand and then come back to me.The only enjoyment you get from a game is when you gear up to the max? That's your way of playing, but many people, including me, enjoy the process of playing as well. Going through all the dungeons as different class. Leveling them, getting new skills, trying new tactics. Understanding how different classes play. I couldn't give a bigger damn if my alt classes won't be able to equip best gear in the game, when my main will be eventually.
The guildhest bonus always confused me a bit as well. Isn't the point of those to help you get familiar with your role in parties? If so, why limit the bonus to only your first go around? I think they should extend the bonus to your first run on all jobs.
I love playing multiple roles. My first 50 is BRD, second will be WAR (@42), and third will be WHM (@29). That being said, I love your suggestions. I want Dungeons to be worthwhile, as I love group efforts and I feel FATEs are much too easy for the payout it provides. And @Garnatian, gearing up a character in DL is more than enough to tackle everything this game has to offer currently, and competently might I add. I have no problems running coil with just my Bard, and having Warrior and White Mage for other events (helping others with HM, AK farming, relic quest, etc).
Well, you say you want to try all this content and know how all classes work yada yada, but I think that's a bit of a lie if you're saying you want to do that, but have no interest in being in the best gear doing the hardest content.
I think what you actually want to do is just dabble in the classes, I prefer to treat every class as my main, but sure, if you enjoy not playing the classes seriously and focus on a main and not bother much with your alts, that's fine.

low level dungeons should also reward GC Seals and Philosophy tomes for level 50 players, Myth will remain level 50 dungeons only.
again, this will help with dungeon pops and push your "MVP" system a lot more.
But why would you want that for an alt? Alts should never be as geared as a main. That's why they're alts.Well, you say you want to try all this content and know how all classes work yada yada, but I think that's a bit of a lie if you're saying you want to do that, but have no interest in being in the best gear doing the hardest content.

Hardest end-game contect is a small fraction of game's content. I do enjoy completing even lower level dungeons with different classes. I will get to 50, get all skills, mess around with rotations/ways of playing the class even before Titan HM and Coil. I was saying the notion "Only end-game is worth doing and enjoying" is not how many players perceive playing this game. And by the time I even get two classes to 50 new content will be introduced (Crystal Tower as step to get gear before coil, no need to rush AF2).Well, you say you want to try all this content and know how all classes work yada yada, but I think that's a bit of a lie if you're saying you want to do that, but have no interest in being in the best gear doing the hardest content.

If you want to say I'm not competitive by not rushing to do end-content and proving to myself I am a really good *insert class name*, by all means, yes, I was competitive for a while in previous mmorpgs, now I just get enjoyment from what I can.

Yeah, I think I just like to treat all classes like mains, it's a shame they don't allow it in this game when they do in every other MMO (Unless you pay extra of course, though that only solves half the problem).
