It "Should" be a discussion" but some people rather just flame down the information, instead of saying how is this going to be implemented? Hows the Ranking System going to work? then people give their thoughts on what they think its going to run. Instead we ge the whole flaming SE and this will be alone fail type topic, They all start off as the original topic, Then the Conversation turns into a flame fest =(
