IS there anything I can do to improve fps besides a new computer?

I have a Dell Insprion 660 with a i5 3.0ghz 8gb of ram and a AMD 7750. I run on standard PC setting and I am getting 30~40fps and in fates its dropping to 15~20fps. Where I am having the most problem is boss battles. By the time I see the red line a second latter BAM I get hit by a nasty AE. I stopped the story and just started doing fates because I couldn't progress any more due to the boss and red line problem.

Window Mode > Resize the window > Drag corners until its acceptable for you. If you resise to minimum your fps should go around 100-120 fps. Sucks to play with that low resolution but its a solution to your problem.

Upgrade pc ? Gpu ? Go on Tech area and post your specs, ask for a GPU solution that will work best with your pc.

turn off minion and pet names, turn off effects for other characters, turn off shadows for other characters.
