Cannot take new discipline

Short and simple, I am at lvl 14 in my story quest but I still cannot take a new discipline.

at level 15 after compleating your main classes guild quest you will be able to take on a new discipline

It says lvl 10 not 15

Need to finish your lvl 10 Class quest to unlock other guilds. Story missions do not unlock the armory system.

You have to have done the level 10 quest for your class, that's the only requirement. They actually say as you're handing that quest in that you can now take different classes.

To summarize:

-Your main quest progression doesn't matter
-It's the level 10 class quest for your starting class that matters
-You must complete that quest (and by extension obviously the level 5 quest as well) to unlock the Armory system.

I am at leia's legacy (lvl 14) cannot go any further still cannot change.

I'm confused. I'm looking at your Lodestone profile, you have a Conjurer 15, an Arcanist 15 and a Carpenter. What exactly is the problem? You're on a Gridanian story quest, you started on Conjurer, so you've obviously completed your level 10 Conjurer quest. Where exactly are you hung up?

Image wouldn't load for me, but all I can say is you have to complete the level 10 class quest of whatever class you started the game as before it'll let you change classes.
