Lodestone still shows activity feed data from old server

Details:
Yesterday, I transferred servers and joined a new Free Company. However, on my Lodestone page, various elements still show activity from my old server. For example:
- The "Wall" section shows the activity of Free Company mates and Linkshell-mates from my old server (even those that I am not "Following" on the Lodestone).
- The "Forum Activity" section under "Free Company" shows prior activity from my old Free Company. (The Free Company name itself is correct, but the Forum Activity feed has old data in it.)
- The "Friend Activity" section shows the people that used to be on my in-game Friends list, which was obviously wiped out when I changed servers.

My character page is showing my new server and character name, so the data has been updated since the transfer happened.
