Can't log into Lodestone or the Forums after transfer

I'm using my boyfriend's account to post.

Ive been trying to log into my account but I keep getting this message:

Use of the Lodestone requires a FINAL FANTASY XIV service account with at least one character.
Please log-in again after you have created a character in-game.

Log Out

Also, if I do a search for my character on Lodestone, it doesn't even show up (Leash Sakurai).

I can log into the game and I can log into Mog Station (and my character is there).

I was one of the early lucky ones that got to transfer yesterday morning (Aegis -> Hyperion), but I haven't been able to log back into Lodestone since the transfer.

My boyfriend wasn't able to transfer until this morning, but his is able to log in (screen capture is missing though..).
