being non-legacy first doesn't mean anything because companions were not in 1.0 both type of servers were on even ground in leveling it.

Except I had to level a character to get the chocobo, which I didn't get until I had the mount and grand company, plus my kills while leveling would never equal the 217xp per kill that a legacy lvl 50 would get.

you can get to level 30 in a day but ok I guess everyone wants to feel special/unique /shurg. Wouldn't it be hard to find out if you are server first?

Congrats to topic creator. Whether you're server first and/or non legacy sever first, it is an awesome feat to accomplish. I just started leveling mine again. I am still only at lvl 4 :/

It's not really about lvl 30 to get the bird, its about being lvl 50 and getting 217 bird xp per kill instead of like 50 per kill while leveling.

Oh! and free stance yeah its work nice but i notice that i have to switch stance from free stance to healer stance for Choco Cure. Because i was ending up at half of life without he Choco Cure me until i switch him to Healer Stance. But at free Stance he only does Choco Regen.

Ofcourse you can get other skill at other Stance but will they do it on Free Stance? Since mine dont use Choco Cure

I don't understand why people say the last rank ability is worth it either. AoE damage? Not awesome if you have mobs slept/bound or don't want more adds... can't put the chocobo in guard stance like summoner pets and there is zero ability to manually control them. AoE taunt? Unless it is way more powerful that the first tier taunt then it's worthless and again... can't turn it off so if you don't want more adds you better be very careful of your chocobo's position which is independent of your own. AoE heal? How often do you use a chocobo in a party that would need the extra heals? never. It would only be nice to be another heal that would hit you and if you were a summoner it would also hit your pet. Especially since the chocobo refuses to heal your summoner pet.. so an aoe heal (if it hits the pet) would be useful.

He uses choco cure in free stance when you're at about 33% HP and will spam it to bring your HP up if you do dip that low.
