Adding custom tag

I noticed a few people have a custom tag under their character name on the realm reborn main site. I was wondering if anybody knew how to add that?

Evantide Darkfyre
The brave

It shows up when you search for a character, and this is right next to thier picture.

If you are talking about under their name on the Lodestone, those are in-game titles. Most of them are earned from achievements. Once you earn one, you go to your character sheet, check the profile tab and there is a drop down with all the titles you currently have.
