Female miqo'te /panic is adorable! I have to do it every dungeon, every time I meet a friend, and before I log off. Must /panic! I like the way the wind picks up on the isolated points, and you can hear it sometimes when fishing with a quiet bait. The Foreseer K'lyhia storyline -- love it. And in cutscenes, I love the way your character nods. I don't know why but I really really like it. And the fog that always rolls into Limsa. And the way the NPC's look at you (the miqo'te tradecraft supplier in Gridania always does a /welcome when you target her up close!). The always-stormy South Shroud.
You can see all the little details in the world if you but take the time to look for them. It always saddens me to think so many people miss that.
Did I mention the glowy signs at night on the roads outside Limsa?

I love the little detail on armor and weapons. When I first realized one of my books had bookmarks in it I was so shocked it started me on looking for other tiny details in equipment, and I have found numerous. This game has such a realized world and well set attention to detail that if you pay attention there is so much you can find.

Some of the dialogue has stuck with me.
People definitely forget almost all of 'em I'm sure, but...
""Ah! Adventurer, I bore witness to your deeds! You...you were amazing. I felt as though I were in a daze, but now I'm fully aroused!"
""If it has eyes, let it not see you. If it has ears, let it not hear you. Be neither where it is or where it means to be, and thereby pass unnoticed."
"Strike fast and strike true, for victory belongs to the bold."
I love that this game, to me anyway, feels like a journey. I have to stop and take screenshots often because so many of the locales are gorgeous, some of the moments more memorable than I expect of an MMO. It's those moments to me like the banquet at Costa Del Sol and paying respects at the Warden's Grave near Drybone(that scenery was gorgeous,) that make me feel like I'm actually a part of this world. For a bit.
If it bleeds, it can die; if it can die, I can kill it; And there's no kill quite like overkill.
"...No man knows better than I that if you want aught, you'd best be ready to die for it. With great danger comes the chance for great glory, and great profit- we Ul'dahns, who have turned sand into gold, know this well."
