Its the little things... (post what you like)

Post things you love about the game, more detailed the better.

For me its the little details, such as.. the wind blowing your clothing in the same direction as the wind, no matter how you turn.

Or you mouth moving as you chat, no matter if its in /fc or /say.

The detail of the nice spots you can fish at. Theres this one place af fallgourd float that has a waterfall with leaves falling and stuff. Makes you go :O

I thought this was a nice touch too. I also enjoy not having to tab on to doors to open them. Like the title of this thread its the lil things.

Haha indeed. The doors were nice too. Lets see.. oh earrings, i thought it was cool they actually react and sway side to side instead of just stay pasted to your head in a motionless state.

Ha! I love alot of the animations for the lalafell. There's one in someones signature that has one climbing into the inn bed with great effort then just rolling into position. Its hilarious.

I like that they still kept little hiding places all over the place. I've always liked to hide in corners or out of the way spots when crafting. I miss the hollow shrubbery from 1.0, those were my favorite spots to craft. But I'm glad that I still have corners in Uldah that are hidden, and even more out of the way spots in Gridania. Limsa seems a little thin on the hiding spots though

Go to fallgourd float. north of the crystal is a tavern (the bobbing cork) over water. go to the left on the outside of the house, craft on the patio there. ITs excellent. ^^

Wow. A positive thread... how interesting. Um.. the weather effects are amazing. Lightning storms in Gridania, snow storms in Coerthas and the heat waves in Thanalan/Sangoli Desert and like someone else said the fact that the wind effects your character in a more realistic way is a great touch. Gridania having very nature themed story/quests was nice to me too.

Yeah the heat waves caught me off guard I thought my graphics were glitching till I realized it was a heat shimmer effect.
