Anyone still waiting for 2nd confirmations email regarding server transfer?

So my bro submitted an applications 4 hours ago, I got the first email but still no second, meanwhile my friends who are doing the same transfer as me (cactuar>sargatanas) submitted their application one hour after me and got in on Sarg within 15mins..wtf. I thought its on first come first serve bases, so why am I still waiting? Anyone in similar situation? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Its been over 14 hours now and still no confirmation email, anyone else in the same position as me? getting really worried as I see more and more posts about how they were able to transfer and log in within an hour? anyone?

I have the same problem. I did it more than 12 hours ago and I'm still waiting for my confirmation email...

My curiosity got the better of me last night and I logged on after about 5 minutes to find everything done. I didn't see the email at that point, but looking through my inbox later it took four minutes. I awoke this morning to find that Lodestone was updated, even to the point of the moved character not being shown in detail because I had not logged on after transfer. There was indeed a confirmation entitled "FFXIV Completion of World Transfer Notification".

yeah i do, 16 hours.... even i had contacted support chat they said apologize because of the delay issue.

well, its approaching 24 hours since application went thru and im getting more worried especially considering the fact its supposed to be first come first serve. Also from SE:
If you should encounter problems when using the World Transfer Service, please contact the Square Enix Support Center. Please note that the Square Enix Support Center cannot assist with certain problems if more than one week has passed since using this service.

Does that mean after a week with no results what will happen to my character? Or I misunderstood their statement

When I did server transfer, I log in after I receive the 'Completion of Purchase Notification' since I thought that was the Transfer Completion email.
Everything was fine and after playing for few minutes I received the 'Completion of World Transfer Notification', which did scare me a bit...
Not to suggest you do this too, just to tell my story...

32 hours waiting, i've had twice contacted the support and different answer.

First saying it will be done today, apologizing for delay issue and 8 hours later different agent said they don't know anything about server transfer because it's different division.

Sent 2 emails and auto-reply answered...

Just now tried to check on mogstation + characters and still on Excalibur (not login it at all just checking on character selection screen)

I transferred yesterday and it took me about 10 minutes. My other friend took around 5 mins. Seems like there's big wave today?
