No, I know that problem: it's just lag.
My PS3 went fine until yesterday, but now it's lagging so damn much that every once in a while any skill I use loses effect or gets interrupted, even if not in battle or not in a dungeon.
I got interrupted while castin Stoneskin without moving, without moving the camera in Revenant's Toll in Mor Dhona.
I tried Titan three times and had a 5 seconds lag and this weird loss-of-effect status that prevented me from healing people.
