Surecast, what the heck

only time I remember using surecast to efficiently avoid losing dps is garuda fight, when she does her random target wind attack thingy that interrupts casts. (generally at the start of the fight)

Stand in melee and she usually won't hit ya with it =D

Of course you get hit by her AoE, but that is healable and doesn't interrupt you, oddly enough.
