    Prepaid card not working - wrong country

    Hi guys,

    I am currently living in Japan. My SE account was registered in the UK before FFXIV was released (I was on the beta). I moved to Japan in June and I registered a copy of FFXIV to my SE account when it was released in August.

    Today I bought a Japanese game card today and it's telling me the code is invalid because the region is invalid.

    Can you please resolve ASAP? I really want to return to FFXIV. I have a ticket up at 3026540.

    Well, it's a decent solution for the future but I still don't want to lose the 1500 yen I dropped on this card..

    Looks like I need to attempt a refund somehow with the retailer. SE have basically refused to help me on this. "No solution available" was the bottom line.

    It's wonderful that something so easily rectifiable has no solution in their eyes.

    Guy even refused to put me in contact with anyone else and just kept repeating "We can't do anything" over and over.
