Transferring multiple characters issue

Is it not possible to utilize the free World Transfer service for two separate characters on two separate worlds? Bascially, I want one character to go from Server A to Server B and another to go from Server X to Server Z.

However... There was no option to transfer two separate characters, and after I moved the first, it says I cannot move any other characters for 3 days... =/
