    HUD layout... select the action or item help box... press R3 to resize till it gets smaller, then move it where you want.

    Mine doesn't move though. It seems to be fixed to the bottom of my screen. (and also apparently thinks it is 6" taller than it really is) I don't know how I missed that the first time, but now that I have done it, it moves the top of the help box down when I resize it and moving it doesn't help.
