Resizing/Relocating the Tooltips Window

Title. Anyway to do that? If I am calling it the wrong thing I mean the windows that only appear when you are selecting/hovering a piece of gear. The bottom quarter of mine hangs off and I can't what is crafted. (convertible -_-)

Basically I just want to move it up or make it smaller.

HUD layout... select the action or item help box... press R3 to resize till it gets smaller, then move it where you want.

The position selected in HUD Layout will only apply if you have set it to fixed position in the, I believe it's character settings, in the main menu. I personally like to set it to fixed reversed, which causes it to pop up in the bottom corner opposite of where your mouse cursor is.

In the HUD layout, keep in mind you're setting where the top edge goes, and item descriptions can be different lengths. Set it high enough that even the longer descriptions will fit.

In fixed reversed, it will still use the HUD Layout position to determine the height of the box and how close to the edge it is. It only switches which edge it will be that close to.

Mine doesn't move though. It seems to be fixed to the bottom of my screen. (and also apparently thinks it is 6" taller than it really is) I don't know how I missed that the first time, but now that I have done it, it moves the top of the help box down when I resize it and moving it doesn't help.
