Every time i try to transfer it says i don't meet the criteria

Why Was My Transfer Declined?

- Your character may be enlisted in a free company, or may have signed to a free company petition. NO
- Your character may be currently logged into the game. NO
- Your character's retainer may currently have items for sale. NO
- The calamity salvager may still possess items from your inventory (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0). NO
- Your character's retainer has not been rehired (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0). NO
- One or more characters subject to transfer may be located in the Mordion Gaol. NO
- One or more characters subject to transfer may have logged out while in an instanced area. NO

I am none of these reasons yet still it won't transfer me, i have tried contacting square on their help page and online in the game and i don't even get a reply, this is ridiculous, has anyone else had this?

I'm going to assume you play on a Legacy server and are trying to transfer to a non-Legacy server since that is the only condition you did not list. It has been known for a very long time that you cannot transfer off a Legacy server for a very long time (if at all in the future).

If this is not your problem then you should send a ticket to support.

No, im trying to move from Gungnir [JP Legacy] to Ragnarok [EU Legacy], i have tried contacting help desk in game and on here, yet i have had no reply at all which is infuriating.

Have you paid for subscription yet? If you are legacy and you registered a ps3 version, you got more trial time, and trial members cannot transfer.

Yes i am paying, my trial ran out a while back, im on PC.

Did you perhaps log off from inside the inn? The inn is technically an instanced.

well im in the inn but its not instanced it has all players running around...ill try anyway, thanks.

Well i zoned out to thanalan and it still doesnt work. I am completely stumped and annoyed, and of course Sqaureenix hasn't got back to me at all.
