Twin Adder Achievement "Snakebitten" not received (but got Snake in the Brass I)

Thread name: I dont get the 1. Achievement of the Grand Company Enlistment, although I am through with the Mainquest and get other Achievements (Earn 10.000 Serpent Seals e.g.)
Time: Oktober 16th, 16 PM (CET)
Frequency: Only once
World name: Ragnarok
Character name: Amok Yanshi
Class/level: CON, ARC, THM 50 etc.
Party or solo: solo
Race: Elezen Male
In-game time: 3:40 PM
Area and coordinates: Achievement List
Steps:

1. I did the main story line and chose "Enlist to the Order of the Twin Adder"
2. I started to grind fates and get Serpent Seals
3. I received the 1. Achievement "A Snake in the Brass I" for getting 10k Serpent Seals
4. Although I kept getting achievements (A Snake in the Brass II, A Snake in the Brass III etc..) I still lack the "Snakebitten" achievement for enlisting to the Twin Adders
