    Can't unlock Titan Hard Mode

    I beat Garuda ... then accepted the Titan quest went to attune the aetheryte when i do it says Quest Complete The Navel (hard) unlocked Duty Finder but when i look at the duty list it doesn't appear and the Quest still up like i haven't done it ...
