Rose Gold Circlet Meld Caps?

I got an HQ Rose Gold Circlet in lieu of the Vanya Hats because I play both WHM and BLM and didn't want to grind double the tomes for a couple of extra secondary stats on the vanya pieces in addition to having to overmeld two items instead of just 1.

I'm trying to find the max meld potential of this item, has anyone already melded it to max?

Right now I've got a Quicktongue IV and Piety IV on it.

Max Piety is +7
Max Spell Speed is +16
Max Crit is +? (it is at least +4, possibly higher)
Max Acc is +?

All other stats are already maxed for this item [edit - I did not try to meld Accuracy; but I assume that is possible also]. This is just based on the materia I have in my inventory; I should get a QT3 this evening to try to go higher with spell speed.

So my melds went like this:

Quicktongue IV +9
Piety IV +6
Quicktongue III+6 <- that was an expensive meld
Quicktongue I+1
Piety I+1

Accuracy and Crit may be added but I don't know the caps. With this setup, I get +7 piety which puts me at the magic 251piety number that BLM strive for.

So total stats:
12 Vit
12 Int
12 Mind
9 Crit
11 Det
16 Spell Speed
7 Piety

I've heard that primary stats are capped on +1, and that the secondary stat cap is the highest of the secondary stats on the item. Can someone confirm?
