Unable to complete guildleve "Threading the Needles"

First of all, I've searched the In-Game Bugs forum and found out that this issue have been reported 3 times but OPs didn't provided requested information, so I'm assuming it's a "lost" issue...
On a side note, I'm right aware that certain monsters of this guildleve spawn far from the indicated area with the usual yellow spot on the map.

Frequency: Once (Did not reproduce)

Race: Highlander
World: Gysahl
Class/Skill Rank: Pugilist/28
Physical Level: 50
Area and Coordinates: Western Thanalan > Horizon's Edge (10, 27)
Party or Solo: Solo
NPC Name: None
Monster Name: Common Cactuar
In-Game Time: 2:45

Steps:

1. Started guildleve Threading the Needles @ Camp Horizon and set difficulty to 3 stars.
2. Went to the yellow marked area on map and found guildleve's monsters.
3. Defeated 5/10 Common Cactuar.
4. Searched for more Common Cactuar by the yellow marked area on the map but I couldn't find a single one.
5. Started to search on nearby zones around the spot and far away from there. I know that maybe you do nothing with an image, but anyways here's one to show you the area I was checking out if this could help: http://img17.imageshack.us/img17/726...theneedles.jpg
6. Suddenly the game shut off with no error message. Guildleve time remaining: 12 minutes approx.

Very true...many others of Horizon leves have this issue too. Monsters are spawning outside map marker. I've also seen this at "Securing Horizon Edge" and "Wight Stuff" leves. These are much less common than happen than threading the needles one.
