Honestly, that poor service!

Yesterday I tried to transfer my char( Mateus) to the (Behemoth) and obvious that I could not, so I transferred to another server. The problem is that I had another char on another server and at no time had option to send both together to the new server, the result that now have to wait three days to be able to try to send that another character to the same server and obviously having the chance to can not.

I was from the first minute that MS released the service until the other day and trying a system error I got stop ... not to mention that the game does not update and gives error and can not play ...

Yeah, got the same issue.
Got my legacy char transferred to Excalibur, and now I gotta wait 3 days until I can transfer my new character from Cerberus to Excalibur aswell.
I just hope Excalibur will still be availible at that time.

Wow thats not very good. They are giving free transfers for a week, but what happens if you have more than 2 characters to transfer? I dont recall seeing the 3day limitation in their notes. Maybe the system isnt able to handle so many at once and they will speed things up later. Hopefully they will extend it even more. No fun to get your hopes up about the world transfer and then find this bad news They should really had made sure their system was working properly and able to handle the load before turning it on. A longer delay is better for customer loyalty than all these errors and problems we are having to deal with for the world transfer service now.

They already stated that you can transfer one character for free during this week... Not multiple characters everyone wants to transfer to be with friends people need to be patient and after the free transfer week is up you can pay to have your other characters transferred... Your not going to be able to transfer multiple characters for free and if you took the time to read the transfer guide lines then you would know this...

It do not say anywhere, that people are allowed to transfer 1 character only, during this week.

Look under "What is the World Transfer Service?".

Although multiple characters can be transferred from one World to another with a single use of this service, multiple characters from different Worlds cannot be transferred to the same World, nor can multiple characters from a single World be transferred to separate Worlds.

So yes, you can actually transfer multiple characters from 1 world to another, with a single transfer.
However, it also says, that people need more than 1 transfer service, if they wish to transfer characters from 2 different worlds, to 1 world.

Now under the "Terms of the World Transfer Service", it actually do say:

The World Transfer Service cannot be used under the following circumstances:

・You do not possess a valid Square Enix account.

・You have not yet created a character for FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn, and have not transferred a character from Version 1.0.

・Less than three days have passed since last using the World Transfer Service.

So yeah, its a good idea to read the terms all the way through. I didnt before, but now I know better.
But the bolded line, is not present on the lodestone page, with transfer info.

Step 1: Confirm Your Eligibility
The following conditions must be met before using the World Transfer Service:

You must possess an active service account for FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.
You must be logged out of the game.
Your character cannot be enlisted in a free company, holding a free company petition, or signed to a free company petition.
Your character cannot have items for sale on the market.
Your character cannot have items entrusted to the Calamity Salvager NPC.
Your character must rehire any retainers carried over from Version 1.0.
Your character must be logged out outside of any instanced areas.
The character you wish to transfer must be at least three days old.
Your service account cannot be suspended due to a violation of Terms of Service or a hold on the account.

So yeah... I guess I'll just wait 3 days, and transfer my 2nd character, for free, to excalibur.
