Server "Moogle" (EU) not showing on World Transfer Selection list

So.. I can create a NEW character on that server, but can't transfer my character from Shiva over? What's up with that?

It's high population, sure, but definitely NOT a full server, or YOU (Square-Enix) wouldn't allow us to create new characters on there.

I've been trying to find it in the list since the start of the world transfers yesterday, but wasn't able to.

Please clue us in. At least TELL us WHY we can't transfer over instead of being silent (and don't give us the character creation BS, because Moogle isn't restricted currently).

Its the same with other servers...
I'm trying to transfer to my friends on Excalibur atm with both my new and old legacy character, but it just wont show up on the list.
At this rate, I might just have to transfer my new character over to Balmung, where my legacy currently is.
