Servers "Hyperion" and "Excaliber" Not appearing on server transfer list

Been checking back all day to see if they appear, they have not. I did notice that new characters were restricted on both. But as of the last update on the lodestone, Both servers are now allowing new characters. So why are they not available for transfer.

This goes for many other servers too, Cactuar and Behemoth amongst them. I Have seen reports of people having transferred to them early in the Transfer cycle, so although I am familiar with them saying that Transfers to "Crowded" realms might endure some hardships, and having listed them, that has nothing to do whatsoever with people who moved characters there, nor the fact that people can right now create new characters whenever they want.

Needs fixing that's for sure.

Yeah I'm trying to transfer to Hyperion to play with friends.. Going to be pissed if it finally is added to list once free transfer time is up!
