    I have several game issues , support staff unhelpful GMs too Gil missing level too

    I have several game issues, one is before todays maintenance when you last had a playstation 3 maintenance for NA/EU Shiva was down and before it went down I made a little over 200,000 gil selling random things.. I lost something else 90 Allagan Tomestones I had earned that day. I am really disappointed in this because now I also have lost EVEN more since this Maintenance as well i should have over 600 and i have 127 I have been playing since beta phase 2 and I have 127? really? This character has been here since phase 3.. Working my rear end off trying so hard to play. I also leveled a level on my Arcanist -now it seems I have to level that level all over again to 24 and I have been having to re-earn gil all over again and materia prices are skyrocketing and you have gil farming bots everywhere in this server at least .. What is going on here.. I am spending 15 bucks a month (which I paid you 3 months flat out already) to basically have rude people swear at me, bots appear and disappear at will taking kills before i can even blink to cast a spell to kill a mob to earn anything that i can sell to make Gil and to top it all off my progress was erased .. Then the final straws is the Duty finder is freezing up and doesnt want to work half the time, the other half its putting me in duties that are empty with no one else in them.. Finally I have contacted your customer service via email, Your GM's numerous times, and your customer service over the phone only to be vulgarly talked to because I said I was highly disappointed in the customer service I was receiving because the gentleman was telling me to do the same things I just mentioned to you before calling him, email and contacting the in game GM which both told me to call and contact telephone customer support. SO I figured I would try forums and see how it goes since a friend of mine said he got better results here for his issues.. I feel Like I am at wits end and may quit playing this game is a game I do like but I am so stuck on Garuda and I lose stuff every time you do a maintenance and I feel like I am just not able to keep up with all the people I know. I want to know how i am supposed to Earn this Epic gear when I only now have 127 of these Allagan Tomestones? Forgive for sounding disrespectful but I think I am being robbed here. I think for someone who helped you beta test this game, and beta test your game Final Fantasy 7 way back when before it came out in the US and found a Glitch in your SNES version of Final Fantasy 3 (6 Japan) If you wonder which glitch I refer to most people do not know of it, it was rare to find since your company wrote me surprised it was found.
    By the way this issue happened on the Shiva Server - however of October 15th on this Character which is the character it happened to Phoenix Xxx in the Old Gridania area when I logged, as I said on the Shiva server - which was during the Maintenance on October 1st.

    seems you Square enix people never help your customers.. I am getting really fed up with the multiple game glitches, crashes , repeated maintenance extending of times of them, things disappearing ,duty finder not working and your EXTREMELY POOR ATTITUDES TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS! ESPECIALLY AMERICAN ONES

    Not only have you posted a huge wall of text that feels more like a huge complaining session than a bug report, you have also bumped and demanded a response TWICE in less than 27 hours. If you wish to get assistance in the fastest possible manner, please use one of the templates in the opening sticky, keep your responses to the FACTS of the situation, not your feelings or opinions.

    As for your issues;
    Your missing Gill may have gotten taken during the RMT sweep up that was done recently. This would not be a bug, this would be an intended (if unfortunate) effect of the war on RMT.
    Your missing tombstones may be an error, or it is possible that your account could have been compromised and someone used your stones to purchase one of the expensive crafting materials to be sold, also if your account was compromised that could explain your missing gill.
    Your missing level may be a bug, but really? If it was just one level, that takes an hour to get in the mid 20's.
    As for help on Garuda, this is not the place to ask for help, one of the many other pages in this forum can help you, or Youtube and the dozens of fan pages you can access with a simple search on Google.

    As far as bad customer service goes, sorry you had a bad experience, but as someone who spends all day on the phone talking to people who think they know more than I do, I am going to guess that you went into the conversation with a bad attitude. As few people outside of the CS profession know, a phone service rep does not have the power to change anything. The Customer Service rep has a program on their computer screen that tells them what questions to ask and what to advise you to do. Most of the time, this same information can be found somewhere on a tech-support portion of the same companies website without involving customer support. Being rude, making threats, complaining about things that you find inconvenient, and acting like you are owed something due to your past actions DO NOT HELP. However, they do make the HUMAN on the other side of that phone want to get rid of you, and may make them cut corners to get you off the phone and not help you as well as they could have if you were calm, polite, and understanding.

    Now, giving you the benefit of doubt, if all the statements you have made in your post are 100% true, then reformat your complaint into an easily readable and factual bug report and wait for the cooperation of the support staff. Nothing was ever gained by being a jerk.

    when you pay for a service and you get squat and you are told to do the same 3 steps repeatedly and bounce between them and do them over and over for over 2 darn weeks thats an issue in itself.. So yeah I have the right to be upset when GM's do nothing, the email customer service support - what , does nothing, and oh wait customer TECH SUPPORT does nothing and my past service to their company and for this current game as well should at least grant me some respect along with the fact I paid for the collectors edition.. I paid up from for 3 months of service for a game type I never played before beta.. MMO-RPG and to top it off my Gil was gil I earned fair and square selling items I hunted down in game and what? spent hours grinding out killing for such low load rates and waiting for other jerks like yourself who seen fit to be rude because they felt elite.. TO kill everything in sight so i couldnt even attempt to get anything for days on end. It took me weeks to get enough stuff to make that 200,000 gil. Then the game wipes it out.. Nope not gonna happen it better all be replaced fair and square. I expect to be treated fairly. I dont cheat, i dont expect to be cheated either.

    You say you want help, yet you still have not submitted an actual bug report. If you want help, you must follow the rules. If you want help, you must accept it even if its not the help you want. I am trying to help you to get a resolution, yet you act like an entitled child. I have paid my hard earned money to play this game, the same as you, yet I don't feel like I am above the system or excluded from the very clearly defined processes the Admins have set forth for you to get help from his board.

    If you refuse to do what is required for you to get results, then I hope the door hits you on the way out.
