I'm in Fresno, CA and have been experiencing this issue too on my PS3. Thanks for the info as to why it's been happening! Wish a fix was easier. I use Xfinity cable for my ISP. Haven't done a tracer but I'm sure it probably goes through the point too since I've had the same problems of lagging or disconnecting from the server. If it remains an issue for much longer I'll just cancel my subscription. Not even to endgame yet but better to avoid the headache altogether. Here's to hoping.
