    Your argument is silly. Communication is not a requirement for them to do their job when it comes to banning bots and hackers. You really want them to confer to you every time they ban someone you've reported? No game company has ever done that for me. Not even an, "Ok we'll look into this player." Not Blizzard, not NCSoft, not Riot. Ok, maybe Riot (it was vague, but they emailed me saying they banned someone based on my judgment in the tribunal). But that's Riot.
