I was simply acknowledging that their CS is responsive. SE's CS is NOT responsive and when compared to other MMO's is simply, awful. At this point, that's not even an argument or a point of discussion, that's a cold-hard fact.

As a SSA with experience in this area you of all people should know that a lot of the work is done behind the scenes with no external communication. Any external communication given is typically general/fluff and obfuscating of the actions taken, lest they be circumvented in the future. Overall, yes, SE plays their cards much closer to the chest than your average company, but then again, they typically provide higher quality products than your average company.

However, I will agree with you that SE CS is bad. It always has been.
