Unable to review Duty cutscenes in Inn room

I'm having the same exact problem. After my parties CM run, we skipped the cut scenes during the dungeon and when we went to watch them via the inn room book. The slider was black and we could only watch the first cut scene. I'm on Balmung server

That's in the Story section. The rest of the cutscenes you skipped are in the dropdown list under Duty. However, knowing where to find the cutscenes you're looking for isn't exactly good enough because, per the original post, you can't actually watch cutscenes there!
