    Everyone freezes on my screen during some fights?

    I can still cast spells and move, but it's like I'm not sending or recieving any data? I have a good connection (5 up 30 down cable with a constant good ping). Is this a server issue? If not is there anything on my end I can do to fix this? It seems very inconsistent but tends to happen mostly in the evenings my time (8-11pm cst).
