Can not continue main story arc.

I've been trying to work with support for the last few days to get help with my story arc. I've finished my lvl 28 power of deduction quest however I do not have the option to pick up my secret of the white lily quest. I'm lvl 32 and I'm at the npc Aethelmaer.

I've filed a bug report in game, I've opened a ticket. Which then directed me to open another bug report on the website, which I've also done. All attempts at communication have just been canned responses with no attempt to actually talk to me.

I'm not sure what else I need to do, but I'm pretty disappointed in support for a game I pay a subscription for.

If any mods are reading this, my tickets are: 3022732 and 3003610. I have two because I opened the second to try and get an update since apparently they closed the first one without a response or resolution.

Level up a level and then go back. Usually you can look at the last story quest and see where you were. Or as everyone says, go to Waking Sands.

Just to be sure, did you check the corpse after killing the floating eye to get the KI that you need to give to Aethelmaer? If I remember right, the icon for the KI is a lily for corpses.

Used to run into this a lot in XI--people thought they were done when they won the fight, but needed to check the pop spot again for a KI or cut scene to actually continue to the next leg.
