    [NA] FINAL FANTASY XIV World Transfer Technical Issues (Oct. 15)

    Currently, we are experiencing an issue with the FINAL FANTASY XIV World transfer service wherein World transfers cannot be properly performed due to character data not being obtained correctly.

    The issue is currently under investigation, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

    World Transfer Technical Issues (Oct.15): Follow-up 2

    In order to address the issues that have been occurring with the World transfer service due to an unexpectedly high volume of traffic, on Oct. 16, 2013 at 12:45 a.m., we implemented countermeasures to lighten server load.

    We will continue to monitor any instances of congestion and heavy load, and strive to provide players with the optimal gameplay experience.
