PS3 NA happens any time it feels like it.

There are threads on this error but it looks like we need to make a thousand of them for anything to happen. error 90k then or before I get error 5003. this is after the patch. common SE get with it. This is not that hard of a thing to do for you guys. maybe have some of the FFXI people come over and show all the new people how to run things.
