Square team,

I went into a dungeon (Tam Tara Deepcroft) the other day as a DPS (Pugilist) and there was a HEALER (Conjurer) that didn't heal anybody in the group. I couldn't tell if it was a bot or not, but they spammed Stone during battle. When somebody died, he did cast revive after battle, but never healed anybody else other than himself. Like I mentioned, I don't know if this was a bot or just somebody who didn't know how to play as a healer, but this ruined the game for the rest of us. The 3 of us were very respectful and asked the healer very nicely to do his job... heal! We never got a single reply. After the Tank (Gladiator) died several times, we decided we needed to kick him, but unfortunately the healer was the leader of the group. We had no choice but to end the dungeon or try to continue without a healer. Luckily the other DPS was an Arcanist who could spam heal on the Tank, which allowed us to somehow get through the dungeon. To make matters worst, the Healer ended up getting all the loot!

To solve these problems in the future, please add a "VOTE TO KICK" option in all party settings. Not just an option for the leader, but for any group member to start the voting process to kick a player. To be fair, the option to "VOTE TO KICK" should be accessible after the first wipe, or after a certain time limit (5 min? 10 min?) and has to be an unanimous vote (of course except the player being voted on). Please also add an auto vote "YES, KICK" for those who don't vote, just in case there is another bot involved. I believe this should help with dungeons and party settings where one asshole or bot can ruin the fun for all others.

Thanks for a great game so far. It's been a wonderful experience! This definitely would be perfect once Gil Sellers, Bots, Lag, and Queue are fixed.
