I opened a ticket with the GM department about losing 9 potash disconnecting in the middle of a Vanya robe synth last night and got a response to my ticket this morning stating the GM team is unable to restore lost crafting items due to disconnects.
It's ridiculous how they refuse to compensate us for their problems. Are we supposed to pretend high level crafts don't exist for the next two weeks until they fix this problem? Because there's no point in taking the risk of being 90k'd in the middle of an expensive craft.
