No it does not. Check the 80 page thread in tec issues on all the people getting 401 and 601 error. It is so common SE made a whole page about it in moogle station right when you click for support which by the way addresses nothing since everyone collectively is finding it is on SE's end. It is their obligation to provide functioning payment services. This is terrible and 10 times worse than when they converted to SE accounts. I live in the USA and have all payment options available and have tried all of them except discover card since I don't have one and the preload game card options. If they cant provide functioning payment services they need to give free membership till they can as good faith business practices or start offering refunds.
Add me to the list of those getting random 90k errors since the patch (3-4 times roughly), as well as a number of people in my FC. Haven't logged in since the maintenance last night so maybe that is what they were addressing.
