World Transfer Term Unfair.

In my opinion, and I'm sure many other people, who may or may not know why they cannot transfer, I think the term '・Your free trial for the service account to be used has yet to expire, and you have yet to be charged a service fee. ' is pretty unfair.

First of all, I've bought Crysta, and I have automatic payments set up, so there is very little chance of them 'not getting money' out of it.

Secondly, why?
Why is it that, just because I haven't been playing for 30 days, I can't transfer my level 40 character to another realm? So players who are new to the game are less important than players who've been playing longer? Square Enix picks favorites now?
