Unable to review Duty cutscenes in Inn room

So I went to catch up on all the cutscenes I missed from being rushed through Castrum Meridianium and Praetorium because everyone wanted to speed run them, and I found I was unable to watch any cutscenes from the Duty entry in the Inn Cutscene Viewer Interface. All other cutscenes I tried from other entries worked fine, just not the 'Duty' ones.
