    Suspended without Reason: Any resolves?

    Again.. A friend of mine bought the game two days ago. All was well until the patch, now after trying to log in he comes to find out that he is suspended.
    He did not receive an email as to why he was banned, and he obviously did not buy Gil.
    He has a one time password and hasn't use a password/ID that has been used before.

    What is going on?

    He will receive an email until tomorrow i think, was this way when my boyfriend was suspended.

    He is currently on the phone with customer support, apparently it has something to do with the debit/credit card that was used to buy the game has not validated with Square Enix. Or something along those lines...but an odd thing to be suspended for in my opinion.

    Turns out that his account is permanently banned because of this a simple problem.. Now he has to buy another copy and restart from scratch. Now he has a story to tell all of his kids and grand kids.
