Particularly with THIS part of the update...

An issue wherein players were unable to use their pet’s actions while casting a spell.

Yes, that's right. Now you can move your pet while casting (and an assortment of other things). Go test it out for yourself! (I'm posting this here in case someone missed the patch notes and didn't realize that commanding your pet while casting IS intended... it was just an 'issue'.)

Furthermore, this little change will make Summoners (and nuke-happy scholars) in particular very happy:

Enhancing effects and enfeebling effects applied to another player or enemy by your character will now always appear to the left of all other status effects underneath the target bar.

Now, all of your DoTs/effects appear on the LEFT side of a target bar... not in random order. No longer do you have to try to find the DoTs with the tiny, barely noticeable 'green' text. You will just know which DoTs are yours... MUUUUCH easier to track.

How could SE improve this further? Put a priority on negative effects on party members in the party list. (As it is now, you can ONLY see 5 buffs/debuffs at a time. Healers will have issues knowing who to esuna/leeches if that player has already reached the party list buff/debuff limit.)

All I wanted to say was... SE has made me very happy this day, although I do feel bad for white mages...

An issue wherein players were not weakened after getting raised.

No more Medica II raises, I suppose. I thought that was intended... I guess not!
