Bahamut's Coil Constant DCing

Free Company Members are constantly dcing in coil, expecially turn 4. 8 of us and at least 1 person dc's every try. it isnt internet problem, the entire party is having the issue with server booting them.

Type of Internet Connection:
8 different people with 8 different internet connections

same thing as above

6:30 pm gmt-8 pm gmt

Frequency:
1. Always, every try at least 1 person gets dced

World:
Cerberus

Class/Level:
All lvl 50's, pld,pld,brd,brd,mnk,blm,whm,sch

Area and Coordinates:
Bahamut's Coil Turn 3 and 4 mainly, expecially turn 4 happened bout 10/10 dcs

Party or Solo:
Party, 8 members

Steps:
pretty much, we start the run, either people dc mid cutscene or mid fight. their internet never dies can hear them talk the entire time and it is multiple people

The issue that keeps dcing us is stating:

An Authentication Error Has occured
Exiting Final Fantasy XIV: A realm reborn

5003

just got booted off game in Ampador Keep with this error as well ^

Got this error 3 times now. It's really getting annoying.

Steps:
Get booted by error 90000, followed by error 5003 at the Start screen that shutsdown the client.

I'll take this one step further. We aren't having people DC, but it is as though the boss is lagging and we aren't. In turn 2, the spheres are using abilities back to back, repelling cannons is going off with no cast bar after another ability is used ocasionally, summoner dot's are being wiped off the boss ocasionally mid duration, and we have a few instances of people standing far at range from the boss being randomly cleaved. Also the boss ocasionally just one shot our 6k hp fairly geared pally tank when not using any other abilities, which has never happened to us before.

Seems almost like the boss is lagging, and then suddenly he will catch up 5+ seconds and use all the abilities / do all his autos etc instantly.
