Shara, your SCH vs WHM campaign is starting to get old. Maybe I should introduce you to Terius, our amazing SCH we have in the FC. He can teach you how to properly play a SCH
He pretty much thinks SCH are OP now with the fix. He had no issues pulling his weight against an equally geared WHM before and now he is probably healing circles around us

Anyway, back to the topic at hand. No it was not proof that SCH were underpowered, it was proof that there was a bug that got fixed. Jeez..really..

I do hope pet controls get better since if something is true, it's that SCH is harder to play than WHM, or at least not as straight forward but I also notice that a lot of SCH actually really love that challenge.

do you even read all my posts? i think i know how sch works and i know its potential. Which pre fix was limited but now that sch has almost full control of the pet all the time. The potential is a lot more.

They have to press more buttons but i don't thinks it is harder at all. Whm can run out of mp and pull hate if they don't play well(cause wipes). Two things that sch doesn't really have to worry about . If you play both whm and sch in akeep. Whm is very restricted in how much freedom they have.

If SE are balancing for easy mode instances then they would not have buffed sch like this because sch was already better then whm for speed runs. So perhaps there wont be a quality of life enmity reduction on regen/medica2 because it is manageable in coil but really restricting in easy mode instances.

You have obviously never played StarCraft competitively. THAT is carpal tunnel. I have a feeling the wasting of Whispering Dawn is indeed intended. On obey the faeries use all abilities that have a healing aspect to them. Embrace and WD. The fact that Selene doesn't use her silence move that is in the same location on the tool bar as WD kinda points to it being intended even if it is stupid.

That's because she only uses when there is something to silence...

Eos definitely needs fixes. Being able to manually embrace is nice, but it means shiet if she blows all her CDs immediately after.

SCH is now king tank healer
WHM is now king raid healer

That is fairly balanced now

If you want sch to be nerfed , time to nerf medica 2 and mediica . Whm can aoe heal more double a sch can in 2 gcd.



Fix= buff . I would like macros too.
Also I want obey to be a permanent stance, where faerie only casts embrace.
Then i want to change steady to a permanent stance that disables faerie from casting anything at all by itself and then stop steady auto switching to defend after manual casts.

Do you think a class that is completely balanced to whm would receive basically around 20%- 30% throughput boost to single target healing?

Before update Sch had spell speed as wasted stat(which is on their relic and af2) since they had to have a gcd around 3-3.5 seconds because they had to wait for the faerie(who has a 3 sec gcd and doesnt benefit from spell speed) to become available to command it to embrace.

Now sch can spam physick/adlo to their hearts content every 2.4 seconds while mashing embrace. There is pretty much no more wasted time during sch healing anymore.

I really don't even know why i bother to respond to such petty things. I main SCH 7 Pieces of Ilvl90. There is nothing wrong with a SCH if you're complaining about heals not being up to par with a WHM, I think you missed the entirety of what a SCH is, it's not a "Big Hit Healer" it's a tank and raid mitigation healer. While you're mitigating damage your fairy if you're playing properly does roughly the same heals a whm will do (Minus) the Raid heals. You have a Spellboost Proc everytime your pet uses an action, You have Fel-illumination 20 sec uptime with a 120 Sec CD with 20% healing Potency Boost. You have rouse 40% potency boost for fairy, You have Selene Attack Spell Speed and Skill Speed By 30%. You also have sacred Soil 10% mitigation to raid, You have whispering dawn, you have 3 if not 6 lustrates if you decide to spam that, although you shouldn't but if your in a crappy situation do it.. You're not a Big Hit Healer.

I tried the joke response to the op - but failed miserably apparently....

As someone who plays both, I'm pleased with the pet change in the 2.05 patch, but not going to song and dance about it. Sch was ok before, a bit easier now is all.
