can only transfer to 1 server

try to change server today but i can only select 1 server to jump on.My FC wants to meet in Balmung server but ter only Coeurl server on the selection.

First Server i saw was Odin, half hour later Its Midgardsormr

actually whenever i visit moogle station it's always connection error on characters, sometimes my character name pops up when i refresh the website, thats when i try to change server.

I have the same problem. Somehow I feel like whoever was lucky enough to get through and transfer already are the only people that are going to get to Balmung for now.
