A heads up for people transferring. At this point you have two options due to congestion. If your servers are not appearing, or character data is not loading, it is because the server is under a lot of stress. Either:

1. Go to Mogstation and repeat attempts at the server transfer application. (several times)

2. Wait for the congestion to die down a little bit and try again later.

Preliminary World Transfer Service Measures (10/10/2013)
Make sure you have completed all the required steps before you even attempt to make a server transfer. Otherwise, the time wasted setting up the application will cancel due to something being incomplete (i.e. empty out auctions, drop FC, etc.)

Also, make sure the servers you are trying to transfer to are not restricted.
World Population Status (October 10, 2013)
* Characters cannot be transferred to a World which has already reached the limit for character creation.
* Characters can also be transferred between data centers.
