    Can't think of an instance where you would want to use arm of the destroyer for the damage. It's horrendously tp inefficient. The only time I've ever used that skill is to tag mobs first in a fate.

    Obviously. I'm just looking at the concept though, not the numbers which can just be adjusted later.
