    Server Transfer - Unable to Transfer but meet all criteria!

    Hello,
    I made sure that I was logged out inside limsa lominsa, I fired my retainer, quit my FC, deleted all my linkshells, emptied my calamity salvager, but still it says I'm not unable to transfer. HELP! I have been waiting for this transfer since ARR launched!
