    Update broke extra mouse bottons!

    Hi,

I use the steelseries World of Warcraft legendary MMO mouse... I bought it as it had the right amount of extra buttons, 2 extra for the thumb, 3 extra on top and 1 extra on the right of the mouse.

Before this update it was working fine... I assigned single key's on the keyboard to each extra mouse button with the steelseries software supplied and pressing them ingame was just like pressing the assigned key on the keyboard!

However, since this update they are no longer recognised in game!

If anyone has a similiar issue of any advice to offer it will be much appreciated!?

Logitech G600 here, almost completely non-functional in game and out while FF14 is running. The moment I shut off the game the mouse works perfectly.

Check the manufacturer for updated drivers and re-install the device till they fix this and see if that helps. No one mentioned it so i thought i'd put it out there. I use a gaming mouse with tons of extra buttons and it works fine. Also see if your mouse needs to be remapped in the system menu of FFXIV

    Greetings medseven,

As Eviilll stated, you should make sure all of your drivers are up to date. Since this sounds like a technical issue rather than a bug report, I will be closing this particular thread. We welcome you to post about this concern in the "Technical Support" forums.

    Good luck!
