Class balancing issures are a global topic that affects everyone. If people have a marauder question sure it should go on the marauder board. If it's about marauder's relation to everyone else, it should go here where everyone can weigh in.

Moving a class balance topic to the class's board is effectively an intentional move to kill it.
With as stupid as archer and thauma are currently designed and balanced, it's probably best that the devs get some help in this department from everyone here. That can only happen if global balance topics stay in General Discussion.
