regarding server transfer

im just curious, when im going to pick the server transfer no options of tonberry or tiamat, i want to go to a english speaker on (JP) server, languange problem, cant understand japanese, and lots of english speaker are there, can you confirm we cant moved there?
i can pick (NA) behemoth which is a crowded server, that just seems weird
